Founded by clinical psychologists Dr. Pamela Holens and Dr. Andrew Lubusko, ALPHA was established in 2021 to fill a critical gap in mental health services for first responders. Our multidisciplinary team—including psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, occupational therapists, and marriage and family therapists—brings extensive experience in supporting first responders, military personnel, and other public safety professionals.
We offer tailored, evidence-based interventions at every level, from individual and organizational resiliency training and post-incident debriefings to trauma-focused treatment. Recognizing the sacrifices of those who serve, we are committed to providing the specialized care public safety professionals need throughout their careers.
Located in the heart of Winnipeg’s Corydon Avenue, our clinic offers parking in front of the office and on nearby residential streets. Many of our providers also offer remote services to ensure accessible care.
