Dr. Rigby attended the Project Resilience 911 Mindset Under Pressure Summit in Brandon MB. This summit consisted of presentations on trauma recovery and resilience from several professional lenses. It also included talks by first responders who shared their personal stories, which was a reminder of how powerful storytelling and social support can be in healing.
