
Chris Enns has been a dedicated Clinical Social Worker since 1996. He worked at Deer Lodge Centre and the Operational Stress Injury (OSI) Clinic, specializing in the treatment of Canadian Forces members, RCMP, and Veterans with psychological injuries sustained during operational duty. Chris retired in 2022 and joined ALPHA Consulting and Clinical Services, where he continues to provide expert care.
At the OSI Clinic, Chris specialized in evidence-based treatments for PTSD, anxiety, and depression, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE). He is a certified therapist, supervisor, and trainer for PE Therapy through the University of Pennsylvania and has trained clinicians in Canada and the United States.
At ALPHA, Chris expands his services to first responders, offering evidence-based therapy to support their mental health and recovery. He remains committed to providing high-quality care to those affected by operational and occupational stress injuries.
